Inside Sales Executive

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00
Lisburn - onsite
Our client is seeking a proactive target-driven and personable Inside Sales Executive to join a busy sales and marketing team within a dynamic manufacturing company.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers to increase sales by suggesting relevant products and communicating new offers
- Cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs and purchasing patterns
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and messaging platforms professionally and efficiently
- Provide basic product information and resolve queries or escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Support ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- At least 1 year of experience in an inside sales/telesales role with a strong track re
- Record of handling both inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and customer engagement
- Confident communicator with a friendly persuasive telephone manner
- Comfortable working towards targets or KPIs
- Organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficient
- Team player with a proactive and positive approach to wo
Desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided)
- Language skills (e.g. Spanish) are a strong advantage
- Experience working in product-based businesses or B2B sales
