Our client provides Industrial IT and OT technical products for the connected world. They work with businesses of all sizes to improve their industrial operations through the provision of software and hardware.
The Role:
A combination of lead generation and sales will be required to achieve your targets whilst ensuring customers are delighted through engagement with the company.
This role is predominantly desk based, interacting with customers to understand their requirements and providing a solution which fits their needs. The role will also include responding to general quote to order enquiries which are inbound to the company.
You will also be the conduit between the customer and Technical Support team to ensure that the customers requirements are fully understood and that the offering fits their needs. The role will also involve working with Product Managers to understand solution value and positioning across verticals.
The Person:
Bachelors degree in computing, engineering or equivalent
2-4 years of proven experience in technical sales, inside sales role, or similar.
Technical knowledge of industrial information and communication technology within the Automation and IT and OT markets is a bonus. Specific product training once in role.
A passion for continuous development and self-learning.
