We're on the hunt for an experienced Internal Sales Engineer who thrives on delivering exceptional service and applying their technical skillset to their everyday tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable pump solutions to meet their process needs.
  2. Respond to technical inquiries and effectively troubleshoot customer challenges while building rapport with new and existing customers.
  3. Support the preparation of large and technically complex RFQs.
  4. Work cross-functionally with the internal and external sales team, using your technical capabilities to identify and grow opportunities and advise on the best offering for individual customer requirements.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. A technical background, experience within the pump industry, and a background in specifying pumps.
  2. A track record of working closely with both internal and external sales teams.
  3. A motivated, team player who thrives in a results-based environment.
  4. Hybrid working opportunity on a rota basis after successful probation.
