A global technology company in Manchester is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves managing sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team while handling their workload. Knowledge of the HVAC industry is advantageous. A competitive salary and benefits package, including a commission scheme, are offered.
Reporting to Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing revenue from quoted works from our external sales teams. You will also act as a queue manager, responsible for ensuring opportunities are directed appropriately between external and internal sales teams.
