Are you confident on video calls, great with people, and motivated by helping others make life-changing decisions?

Yorkshire Dental Suite is looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing team – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but brings a calm, consultative and caring approach to every conversation.

About the Role

You’ll be the first face (on screen!) many of our clients see – guiding them through high-value, transformative dental treatments such as composite bonding, dental implants, and full smile makeovers. Your job is to build trust, educate, and help them confidently take the next step in their treatment journey.

This isn’t pushy sales – it’s personal. You’ll need to listen well, ask the right questions, and match our standard of exceptional customer care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hosting video consultations with prospective patients.
  • Understanding their needs, answering questions, and presenting treatment options in a friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable way.
  • Supporting conversions on high-end treatments by building rapport and trust.
  • Collaborating with the clinical and customer service teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Managing a pipeline of leads and following up promptly with enthusiasm and care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a sales or consultative customer-facing role – ideally within healthcare, beauty, wellness or other high-consideration services.
  • Confidence and charisma over video calls – you're the face of Yorkshire Dental Suite.
  • A personable and respectful approach – you know how to read people and adapt your style.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple enquiries at speed, without losing the personal touch.
  • A genuine interest in helping people make decisions that improve their confidence and wellbeing.
