Job Description:

Overview

This role involves making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our digital marketing team, as well as developing your own customer pipeline. You will manage new and existing customer accounts, develop sales opportunities, cross-sell between verticals, and meet/exceed KPIs set within the contact centre.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Collaborative and positive outlook

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Experience

  • Outbound lead generation / telesales experience
  • Transactional sales, closing/winning sales (preferably on the phone)
  • Customer-centric phone experience
  • Account management experience
