Job description

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales role focuses on making qualified appointments for our sales team with mid- and senior-level IT decision makers through extensive telephone calling and follow-ups.

You will be part of, and mentored by, an experienced Sales & Marketing Team, receiving comprehensive training on our services and your activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Research and cold call new prospects to identify opportunities for software testing and related services.
  2. Update and maintain our Salesforce and Dot Digital CRM databases.
  3. Qualify leads and coordinate calls/meetings between prospects and technical staff.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  5. Provide management with regular reports on progress, calls made, meetings booked, and potential pipeline of business.
  6. Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
About You:

The ideal candidate will learn quickly, possess excellent communication skills (especially over the phone), demonstrate self-motivation, persistence, and determination. You should work well with teammates and be capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
