The inside sales team is seeking energetic, professional, and charismatic individuals to perform lead qualification and close deals over the phone. This is a home-office position based anywhere in England.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales development and inside sales.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical device sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve daily call volume and lead qualification quotas (70%).
  2. Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations via outbound calls.
  3. Close deals over the phone (30%).
  4. Assign leads to field sales team members or partners as directed.
  5. Record interactions in CRM systems and report activity periodically.
  6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products.
