Inside Sales and Sales Development Representative - London, United Kingdom

Our client is marketing a highly innovative and wearable device to enhance the daily lives of people with low vision. This product is unique on the market! Their inside sales team is looking for energetic, professional, and charismatic individuals to perform lead qualification and close deals over the phone. This is a remote position based anywhere in England.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales development and inside sales is required.
  • Experience with healthcare or medical device sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily call volume and lead qualification targets – approximately 70% of your time.
  • Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations via outbound calls.
  • Close deals over the phone – approximately 30% of your time.
  • Assign leads to field sales team members and/or partners as directed.
  • Record all interactions in CRM systems and provide periodic activity reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products.
