Overview

Inside Sales Advisor based at Castleford. The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) to generate leads and book appointments for the territory field sales team members. The role focuses on generating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound contact, utilising data from a CRM to promote forklift product solutions and services.

Responsibilities
  • Direct selling to customers
  • Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Perform direct selling to customers and prospects for products within Toyota's portfolio

  • Experience of both traditional and online interaction with customers is desirable but not essential
