What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building rapport and understanding their needs
- Develop customer strategies and territory plans to drive sales growth of Animal Health products and services
- Collaborate with National Account Managers and Distribution Partners to maintain focus on key accounts
- Analyze monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines
- Communicate relevant customer and market trends throughout the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience selling animal health products is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable results
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Sales experience within the Animal Health industry
- Knowledge of animal health biological and pharmaceutical products
- Understanding of working with distribution
- Multi-lingual fluency, particularly in Spanish
