Job Description for SM Project Manager.

Job Title: Special Markets- Entry level Inside Project Manager

Formal position title: Special Markets Residential Project Manager

Starting hourly wage: $20-23 per hour

Reports To: Director- Special Markets (Scotty Sahagun)

Job Overview: To manage the day-to-day operations of residential equipment sales, as well as, tracking and maintaining the Post Sales Revenue. Examples of Post Sales Revenue would be Preventative Maintenance agreements, warranties and monitoring that come after the selling of the residential equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Receive orders sold by the sales team and turn into Sales Orders through our Operating System (SAGE)
  • Receive in and manage stock orders through GenConnect (Generac Quoting and ordering platform)
  • Handles logistics for sold equipment/transfers for BHAM and ATL warehouses
  • Track and maintain inventory that has been ordered and received from suppliers
  • Track orders and timelines for customer pick-up/delivery
  • Maintains tracker that encompasses the above for weekly meetings
