Job description
Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Account Manager to independently drive business growth through our client's network of around 100 channel partners and distributors. This role is centred on developing strong, strategic relationships, conducting in-depth profiling of resellers to identify opportunities aligned with the Workplace Solutions Agreement (WSA), and maximising value within existing accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of partners within a defined geographic territory or account base, with a strong focus on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external Partner Account Managers and Sales Engineers to ensure a unified approach and drive partner success.
  • Aim to achieve, or exceed, £300,000 in annual billings from your managed partner portfolio.
  • Engage virtually with partners via phone and video to support daily operations and drive acquisition.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners and key decision-makers.
  • Profile volume partners daily to identify growth potential and escalate to CAMs.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline focused on existing business and up-sell opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Stay up to date with our client's product range and confidently address partner queries and competitive claims.
  • Maintain accurate partner and customer records in the CRM.
  • Support resellers with operational tasks such as deal registration and order processing.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPI targets.
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Degree or equivalent is desirable in a cyber or IT related subject.
