Our Inside Sales Advisors have a very realistic OTE of £35,000, with some Sales Advisors earning upwards of £40,000.

Position Purpose:

Represents the Automatic Sales' interests of the company and is responsible for positively promoting the organisation to its customers and prospects. The Inside Auto Sales Executive will initiate the first point of sales contact with potential customers to promote the Shred-it document automatic destruction services directly and will liaise with the Account Executive / National Account Executive for large value orders.

Key Job Activities:
  1. Conduct a high volume of sales calls (outbound and inbound) daily, soliciting the services for one-off & regular contracted services.
  2. Manage a pipeline of prospective automatic customers & new lead referrals through efficient task management.
  3. Maintain an accurate record of personal activity & future pipeline of tasks and prospects through the CRM system (Salesforce).
  4. Achieve or exceed all activity & productivity targets as prescribed.
  5. Negotiate the sale of business services as required, following designated sales processes & operating in line with company terms & policies.
  6. Review set goals with the Inside Sales Executive Team Leader to ensure targets are achieved.
  7. Remain educated with up-to-date market conditions to optimise the standing & positioning of Shred-it in the marketplace.
  8. Provide insight to sales leadership based on feedback from prospective clients.
  9. Promote a positive and professional sales attitude and ensure high standards for customer service, security, and environmental consciousness are maintained.
  10. Be the Subject Matter Expert on the sale of a full range of Shred-it services.

Education:

Required Education: High School or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Associate's or equivalent.

Experience (EMEAA):

Required Years of Experience: 0 - 1 year.
Preferred Experience: Basic knowledge.

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in the use & understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
