Qualifications

Job description

Job Title: Inplant Technician (Ink Department)

Thanks to our innovative products and great team, we are proud that our business continues to grow. We now have an opportunity for an Inplant Technician in the Ink Department to join our professional manufacturing team based in Pershore, Worcestershire.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide on-site support to the Ink department manager and press crews.
  2. Assist in the timely supply of printing inks to the print department.
  3. Responsible for blending printing inks to meet customer requirements within agreed tolerances using automated proofing techniques and colour software.
  4. Assist with press trials.
  5. Manage stock levels.
  6. Maintain housekeeping standards.
Qualifications / Experience Required
  1. Basic secondary education with GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
  2. Experience in the flexographic printing ink industry is desirable.

This role involves alternating shifts (week to week) from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. No agencies, please.

Additional requirements: Good colour vision, eligibility to work in the UK, and residence within a commutable distance or willingness to relocate.
