Job summary

Sun Chemical in Lincoln is seeking a Production Operative for a hands-on role. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided to help you start a long-term career. You’ll work on-site with one of our customers, supporting production and ensuring high-quality output on a Sunday–Wednesday 11-hour shift pattern.

You will join a supportive team, follow safety guidelines, and learn new skills through ongoing training to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) required.

About The Role

Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career? We’re hiring a Production Operative to join our team in Lincoln. No previous experience is required—full training will be provided. You’ll be part of a supportive team working on-site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output. Shift is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 11hr days every week.
