About the Role

Candidates should be experienced registered nurses, preferably with experience in a hospice or palliative care setting. Good communication skills, excellent care values, and a strong sense of team spirit are essential.

Role Responsibilities

All patients are Thames Hospice patients, and we support both patients and their families regardless of individual roles. You will represent the clinical model, the wider charity, and the healthcare system at all times. Working with passion and dedication as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure exceptional care delivery and practice ‘care with agility’. You will research and learn the best ways to deliver interventions and ensure staffing is matched with the right experience to provide safe and effective care.
