• Band 6 Inpatient Physiotherapist with NHS experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently
• Clinical supervision of junior staff where appropriate

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and independently as required
• Communicate clearly with patients, relatives and carers
• Provide supervision and training to therapy staff as needed
• Keep up-to-date with evidence-based practice and implement service-wide improvements
• Perform moderate to intense physical work as part of daily duties
