Zusammenfassung

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust in Marlborough is hiring a full-time Support Worker to join the Cotswold House ward, a 12-bedded unit delivering inpatient and day-patient care for adults with eating disorders. You will work within an MDT alongside nurses, doctors, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists and dietitians.

The role involves assisting in assessment, care planning and treatment delivery, supporting patients at snack and meal times, and carrying out delegated care tasks

Qualifikationen

Experience providing care in a mental health setting.
Ability to support and motivate patients.
Ability to normalise eating behaviours and support meal times.
Capability to manage challenging behaviours with emotional resilience.

Aufgaben

Assist in delivering high-standard holistic care to patients and families.
Contribute to care plans and ensure accurate interpretation.
Support patients at snack and meal times.
Carry out delegated care tasks under supervision of the registered nurse.
