South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Clinical Support Workers to work across Lambeth inpatient wards (NDBH) under supervision of registered clinicians. The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate, person-centred care, supporting nutrition, hygiene, comfort, and wellbeing.

You will build therapeutic relationships, respond to concerns, contribute to recovery goals, and participate in trauma-informed, recovery-focused care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centred care to service users.
• Record clinical observations and vital signs; escalate concerns promptly.
• Support nutrition, hydration, hygiene, comfort and emotional wellbeing.
• Build therapeutic relationships through one-to-one engagement.
• Work under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Senior Healthcare Support Worker.
• Support families and carers in recovery planning where appropriate.
• Promote recovery and independence by encouraging activity and participation.
• Contribute to a safe, caring and therapeutic ward environment.
