We are looking for Inpatient Domestic Cleaners to join our team at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury to provide a safe and clean environment for patients and staff across our inpatient wards. The role involves housekeeping duties as well as preparing and serving cook/chill meals for patients.
The Whiteleaf Centre is a mental health facility providing inpatient and community care in a modern and welcoming environment. The centre includes four inpatient wards, day hospital facilities, and outpatient treatments and therapies. These roles will be based on Ruby Ward (female adults 18-65) and Sapphire Ward (male adults 18-65).
We're seeking team players who are flexible, reliable, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills. You will play a key role in enhancing our patient experience by maintaining high-quality housekeeping standards and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities also include terminal and enhanced cleaning.
Ideally, candidates will have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification. However, training will be provided for all aspects of the role, so please consider applying even if you lack extensive experience in this area.

This role involves working on a rota with shifts from 7am-3pm and 10.30am-6.30pm. Enhanced rates are paid for weekend shifts.
