As we grow, we're implementing a smart, people-friendly operating framework to help our teams deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently. We are seeking a hands-on, people-focused Operations Support Manager to bring this vision to life.

About the Role:

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. You will be out in our Inns, working side-by-side with managers and teams, ensuring that all processes and standards are practical, understood, embraced, and effectively implemented, with the guest experience always at the forefront.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implementing our new operating framework in a clear, practical manner that enhances the guest experience.
  • Collaborating closely with Inn managers and teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Creating user-friendly resources, checklists, and guides to support daily operations.
  • Conducting engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one support.
  • Serving as the primary problem solver and advocate for operational best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback.
  • Ensuring all activities contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Working with other teams such as Food, People, and Marketing to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining and evolving the framework as we grow and learn.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid operational background, preferably with General Manager experience in Inns, pubs, restaurants, or hotels.
  • Proven ability in training, with a passion for creating and delivering innovative programs.
  • A hands-on, people-first attitude with positive energy.
  • A natural coach and relationship builder, approachable and able to engage and influence others.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of simplifying complex tasks.
  • A keen eye for quality standards and confidence to challenge when necessary.
  • Guest-focused mindset, passionate about creating exceptional experiences.
  • Willingness to travel across Inns, meet new people, and engage in daily operations.
  • Ability to take charge of a business segment when needed to implement improvements.
