The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, with a focus on food quality and standards. You will use your food knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, coaching on the go
• Understanding food, health and safety standards, financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
