Anson Mccade is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to support the design, development and validation of RF and mixed-signal electronics for demanding defence applications. The role offers ownership across the RF lifecycle from component selection to PCB integration and lab testing.

You will collaborate with electronics, PCB layout, systems, firmware and test specialists to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions in a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite and relocation to Belfast.

Qualifications

• Experienced RF Design Engineer with background in RF electronics, wireless hardware or transceiver development.
• Familiarity with impedance matching, PCB integration and laboratory validation advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Belfast and work within a hybrid pattern.

Responsabilités

• Design RF analogue and mixed-signal electronics for complex systems.
• Develop transceiver and RF front-end architectures using MMIC, SiP or SoC devices.
• Create RF schematics, select components and design impedance-matching networks.
• Collaborate with PCB layout, systems, firmware and test engineers for production-ready solutions.
• Plan and conduct laboratory verification using VNAs, spectrum analysers, meters and scopes.
