Modality Partnership's Bedford Division is seeking a compassionate General Practitioner to join Kingsway Health Centre and Bramingham Park Medical Centre for 6-8 sessions per week. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a large multidisciplinary team using flexible, modern working approaches.

Responsibilities

• Providing face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations
• Managing acute and chronic health conditions
• Undertaking home visits where required
• Supporting preventative healthcare and health promotion
• Completing associated clinical administration
• Working collaboratively within the practice and wider partnership
• Empowering patients to manage their own health and wellbeing
