Job Description:

Opportunity to shape a brand-new role in a global, fast-growing food business.

Here you’ll be leading the product development strategy and technical standards for a key global QSR customer. The role covers the UK & Europe, working with manufacturing sites, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

You’ll be the customer’s key point of contact for the region, ensuring all product development, process, and quality improvement projects are effectively delivered.

This high-profile role will support the customer’s strategic growth into Europe. You’ll work closely with the established global team to absorb the strategy and vision. You’ll also collaborate with manufacturing sites to understand capabilities and support project delivery. This role requires strategic vision and a hands-on, operational approach.

You’ll be supported by teams across R&D, Quality, and Regulatory, working closely with Operations and Commercial colleagues. Building collaborative relationships, understanding different cultures, and regional requirements will be key.

To succeed, you need concept-to-launch experience within savoury ingredient applications and/or meat processing.

An ideal candidate will have a Food Science background and an understanding of QSR customer requirements, with experience working in a matrix structure with an international scope.

The role is ideally based in the Southeast and requires flexibility to travel as needed.
