WPP Media Limited is seeking an Account Manager (AM), Innovation Strategy to drive day-to-day execution, coordination, and tracking for the flagship UK Government account. You will collaborate with planners, hubs, and delivery teams to keep pilot programs on schedule and on budget.

The role emphasizes translating strategic ideas into practical campaigns while supporting thought‑leadership events, learning repositories, and performance reporting across diverse internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strategy, Planning or innovation experience within a media, creative, or digital agency.
• Outstanding organizational, project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interest in emerging media, digital platforms, and creative technology (e.g., AI applications).
• Experienced in daily client servicing and stakeholder management, with proactive communication.
• Familiarity with campaign execution workflows, including basic tracking, media trafficking, and performance reporting.
• Strong collaborative spirit and ability to coordinate tasks across diverse internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project management for active innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with specialist hubs to ensure briefs are processed with correct audience insights.
• Support DEI accessibility checklists to ensure assets are accessible.
• Partner with external tech, platform, and creator partners on specs, assets, and timelines.
• Manage weekly status calls, minutes, and action items for the innovation capability.
