Based out of our Chiswick office on a hybrid basis, this role sits at the heart of our Group Innovation team. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and is passionate about turning great ideas into high-value, real-world solutions.
You'll lead some of our most complex innovation projects-partnering closely with divisions and group functions-while also championing best practice project management across our innovation pipeline. This role blends creativity with rigour, requiring both an experimental mindset and strong project leadership to explore market opportunities, test feasibility, and align with business and customer needs.
