Commercial Strategy & Sales Optimisation
• Drive the commercial focus of the catering operation, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Analyse performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve profitability.
• Develop and implement initiatives to optimise product offerings and pricing strategies.
Customer Engagement & Experience
• Work with operational teams to enhance customer engagement across all touchpoints.
• Lead initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform service enhancements.
Service Standards & Training
• Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager to identify training needs and support the development of tailored programmes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Ensure consistent implementation of service standards across all retail catering sites.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Identify and implement innovative practices and technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead pilot projects and evaluate their impact before wider rollout.
• Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align innovation initiatives with business goals.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless execution of new ideas.
