A leading global charity is seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to enhance its fundraising strategies through audience insights and innovation. The role focuses on income diversification, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. Candidates should have experience in fundraising, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating sustainable solutions. The position is based in Islington, England, with interviews scheduled for early September 2025.
We are looking for an experienced Innovation Manager to join our Transformation and Innovation Unit. This small but critical team is part of the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Directorate.
The Innovation Manager will work closely with the Head of Transformation and Innovation across four focus areas:
This role supports the development of Plan International UK's fundraising portfolio, focusing on audience insights to innovate and create sustainable fundraising streams that increase income and enhance supporter experiences.
