  2. Optimisation and process improvement: maximizing impact and driving efficiency using digital and data tools to enhance our processes and supporter experience.
  3. Insights and supporter-centricity: leading efforts to make our organization supporter-centric by integrating audience insights and data into our work.

This role supports the development of Plan International UK's fundraising portfolio, focusing on audience insights to innovate and create sustainable fundraising streams that increase income and enhance supporter experiences.

Please note, this role is not eligible for sponsorship. The application deadline is 23:59 on Thursday 28 August 2025. First interviews will be held on Friday 5 September 2025, with final interviews on Thursday 11 September 2025.

We are committed to safeguarding children, young people, and adults. Recruitment involves vetting checks, including a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. A criminal record does not necessarily disqualify candidates.

Plan International UK is an inclusive employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.

Plan International UK is a global children’s charity working towards an equal world where every child and girl can reach their potential and make choices about their futures. We advocate for children’s rights and support girls’ safety, education, and autonomy, even in times of disaster.
