Job summary

Digital Data Foundation in London seeks a Senior Manager, Innovation to oversee a portfolio of innovation projects within the firm’s legal technology landscape.

You will drive adoption of no-code and low-code solutions, lead change management initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to push innovative practices across the organization.

The role requires 5-7 years PQE in real estate or legal services, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for staying ahead of Legal Technology trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ PQE real estate experience in law or legal services.
• Strong stakeholder management and credibility
• Legal process and technology systems experience
• Demonstrated change management capabilities
• Project management, ideally with formal qualification
• Genuine interest in and keeping up to date with Legal Technology and innovation thought leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage innovation projects focused on no-code and low-code tech (Neota Logic, Contract Express, HighQ, Kira).
• Drive adoption of innovative technologies through training and stakeholder support.
• Change management and continuous improvement of legal technologies.
• Contribute to firmwide innovation initiatives, thought leadership, development and client engagement
