Job summary

Barclays ecosystem team in Lincoln is seeking an Ecosystem Manager to grow the local innovation community. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help high-growth businesses start, scale and succeed.

Based in Eagle Lab, you will lead one-to-one business support, skills development and large-scale events while collaborating with partners such as the University of Lincoln to create valuable opportunities for entrepreneurs and Barclays clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growing client relationships.
• Strong networking across diverse business communities.
• Excellent ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Experience planning and hosting events that drive engagement.
• Experience budgeting and allocating resources effectively.
• Knowledge of Agri-Tech sector and market trends is a plus.
• Knowledge of Business Banking products and market dynamics.
• Understanding of the local innovation ecosystem and key networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop growth strategies for Barclays’ clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline for new business and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners and internal teams.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategies.
• Organize events and networking activities to drive engagement and leads.
• Collaborate with product, credit, operations to deliver client solutions.
• Forecast KPIs and report on pipeline progress and outcomes.
