Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking an Innovation Coordinator in Peterborough to support the Research and Innovation portfolio, focusing on the Water Innovation Fund. The role collaborates with management, teams and external partners to drive compliant, value-adding projects.

You will coordinate projects, track budgets, maintain governance records and help share learnings across the business, ensuring efficient portfolio operations and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination, administration, PMP, governance or business support role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with coordinating meetings, workshops, events and stakeholder activities
• Experience with maintaining project plans, actions trackers, risk logs or reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience preparing reports, presentations or meeting packs
• Able to work independently while managing deadlines

We are looking for an Innovation Coordinator to join ourResearch and Innovationteam!

This role supports the effective operation of Anglian Water’s Research and Innovation portfolio, with a particular focus on the Water Innovation Fund programme.Working across innovation projects, partnerships and funding activities, this role will provide coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement,communicationsand portfolio support that enables innovation activity tooperateefficiently, remain compliant, and deliver value for customers, theenvironmentand the business.

In this role you will work closely with the Water Innovation Fund Lead, Innovation Management Office, Innovation Integration team, and the wider business stakeholders to support project delivery, industry collaboration, knowledgesharingand external funding activity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Innovation managers with monitoring project budgets, raising requisitions and processing invoices

• Maintain portfolio trackers, dashboards and reporting outputs that support governance, leadership reviews and decision making

• Support the delivery of innovation communications across the business
