The Role: Innovation Commercialisation Manager – EMEA

As part of the Commercial Strategy department, you will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Innovation and be responsible for turning insight into action across all markets. You'll be driving Monster’s Chapter 4 Strategic Innovation plans, coordinating NPD sales tools, tracking launch performance, and helping to ensure successful market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop best-in-class sales tools in line with NPD launch timelines.
  • Track and report on New Product Development (NPD) performance across multiple regions and platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand and market teams to support intervention plans where needed.
  • Run portfolio optimisation reports and make strategic recommendations.
  • Analyse category and competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Support wider strategic initiatives within the Commercial Strategy team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven commercial experience in planning, category, or account management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Nielsen or equivalent data platforms.
  • Understanding of value chains and commercial business cases for NPD.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects with a growth mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to influence across functions and levels, with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player who embodies Monster’s fast-paced, high-energy culture.
