Job summary

Rivendell Europe Ltd in Leeds is seeking an Innovation Centre Manager to lead the Pack Positive Centre, coordinating EPD submissions and creative prototypes. You will ensure high-quality output and direct resources to the most valuable projects for customers and the business.

Based at Leeds Wira Park, you will collaborate with Sales, CAD and NPD, hosting innovation days and customer engagements to showcase new packaging technologies and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience of CAD, NPD and EPD processes to deliver new products.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction of the Innovation Centre in line with the wider business growth strategy.
• Manage the EPD process to ensure alignment with customer priorities and collaborate with R&D and NPD teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Innovation Centre by monitoring industry trends and technologies.
• Lead the creative team to deliver high-value output and ensure prototypes and EPD submissions meet quality standards.
• Coordinate PPC customer visits and events to generate NPD and sales activity.
