Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.

Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. Innovation is a dynamic, exciting and critical part of Haleon that connects consumers with science to create inspiring new product ideas that help people better manage their health every day. We work across all the categories in Haleon from oral care to pain relief, from respiratory to vitamins and finally digestive health. Our team leads the creative Design Thinking idea generation process to develop new products and claims across all our markets, from China to the US, from Europe to Latin America. We’re pioneers at inventing new ways to use AI to accelerate and improve how we understand consumer needs, and interrogate science to unlock new ideas.

Our team sits within the Marketing Excellence section of the business, meaning we don’t just create new ways of innovating but also build capability across the entire organisation at the same time, bringing Marketing and R&D together across global brands and local markets around the world.
