What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into:

  • Supporting R&D Claims – To support Managers by attending client meetings, taking notes, and drafting technical narratives and reports
  • Collaborating Across Teams – Get exposure to different parts of the business as you work with engineers, tax specialists, and commercial leaders.
  • Learning & Growing – Build your knowledge in innovation incentives, tax legislation, and claim preparation through on-the-job learning and structured support.
  • Building Client Skills – Start developing relationships with real clients, learning how to translate complex ideas into brilliant claims.

The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.
