We’re a diverse, tight-knit team of experienced consultants, strategists and venture builders, and we’re looking for a thoughtful, curious, and ambitious Consultant or Senior Consultantto join us on our next stage of growth.
The Role: Innovation and Strategy Consultant / Senior Consultant in space, defence and national security
You'll collaborate with partners and clients across public and private sectors to shape their future strategy and innovation portfolios, focusing on space, defence and national security. You may also get the opportunity to work on projects in wider sectors in our broader portfolio such as net zero, sustainability, healthcare and energy.
You will work on some of the most complex, pressing challenges that impact people, the nation and the planet, helping clients to make strategic decisions that will shape our future.
Examples of work we have recently completed include:
-Creating the 2040 space strategy for the UK, focusing on how the space sector could evolve, through scenarios and futures techniques
-Identifying opportunities to utilise and leverage synthetic data and AI within Law Enforcement
-Building a 2035 growth strategy for a defence prime, driven by emerging technologies, new business models and responding to industry disruption
-Leading a consortium to uncover net zero supply chain vulnerabilities, which could impact the UK’s 2035/40 targets

What you’ll do
·Develop growth and innovation strategies with client teams
·Run discovery projects, exploring how new capabilities and technologies can address government goals, missions and need areas
·Explore futures and how evolving scenarios may impact strategic decision-making for government
·Engage with a wide variety of experts, rapidly consolidating critical insight and actionable next steps for further investigation and clarification
·Investigate opportunities for new solutions and services that serve mission priorities with stakeholders
·Shape investment cases and go-to-market strategies
·Deliver structured analysis and compelling stories through deliverables
·Work directly with senior leaders, C-suites at corporates, SMEs, experts, academia, and everything in between
·Bring clarity to ambiguity and help clients navigate change
·Contribute to a collaborative culture where we all grow and build together
Who we’re looking for
You’ve got 2+ years experience (Consultant) or 4 years plus (Senior Consultant) in strategy consulting (Big 4, MBB, top boutiques) or in-house strategy. You’re looking for more creativity, more ownership, and more meaningful challenges.
