Location: London with hybrid and flexible working options

Thanks to funding from the DCMS Uniformed Youth Fund, Girlguiding is launching the Reach project to increase our impact in underrepresented communities and lower-income areas. We aim to create 1,400 spaces for girls to join and test new engagement methods. Between now and March 2026, we will run at least six pilots to co-create offers with girls less likely to participate in our core offerings.
This is part of a new innovation initiative at Girlguiding, using creative approaches to design, test, and scale new delivery models to reach diverse audiences of girls. We are seeking a dedicated project coordinator to support the creation and testing of these pilot projects. The role involves coordinating collaboration activities, engaging with internal and external contributors, and shaping pilot projects to maximize impact on girls.
We consider flexibility in work location, including fully remote working, and encourage applications from all candidates.
This is an exciting time to join Girlguiding. With over a hundred years of history, we are evolving to meet future challenges by putting people at the heart of our organization. Our mission is to amplify the voices of girls and women, build strong partnerships to increase our reach and impact, and support our volunteers delivering experiences across the UK.
We value diversity and are committed to inclusivity. Girlguiding is proud to participate in the Stonewall Champions programme, the Business Forum, and Time to Change.
While our members are women only, our staff team is mixed. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Our hybrid working model requires office attendance about two days a week, with location allowance provided accordingly.
We support work-life balance and offer flexible working options. All staff must complete online health and safety training and a DSE risk assessment. For accessibility support during the application process, please contact HR@girlguiding.org.uk or call 0207 592 1892.
