Innovation & AIML Operations Leader is responsible for driving the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, including complex cross-disciplinary programs that span multiple organizations and various stakeholders.

You will be responsible for defining and executing programs, and tracking and monitoring execution, risks, and opportunities to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition of AI / ML strategic roadmaps for Electrification.
• Drive the definition of programs including milestones for AI / ML and Innovation Partnerships.
• Manage risks and dependencies between organizations.
• Define and implement processes for coordination between organizations.
• Own tools and continuous improvement for the Innovation and AI / ML Electrification organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• Extensive professional experience in software development project management, risk management, and strategy.
• Established leadership credentials.

• Ability to influence a highly matrixed organization with varying levels of experience and buy-in.
• Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate geographically and culturally diverse teams.
• Combine strategic capability with a commitment to delivery and hands-on involvement when required.
