Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Production Operative with ink or print-based knowledge to join a Fordham, Newmarket manufacturing site. The temporary role lasts at least 2 months with immediate start available, working 6am-6pm on a 4 on 4 off pattern.

Candidates should have strong manual handling, be physically fit, and have good communication skills. COSHH awareness and prior warehouse/production experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good manual handling skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous warehouse or production experience.
• Awareness of COSHH regulations.
• Previous chemical production experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Keep machines supplied with raw materials.
• Recycle empty drums and waste products.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Operate machinery.
• Log stock in and out using a computerised system.
• Carry out general hygiene duties.
• Support the wider production team.
