Injection Moulding Technician

Location: Alton

Salary: 26k

We are seeking experienced Injection Moulding Technicians for a leading manufacturing company near Alton. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with injection moulding equipment, working with a variety of parts, including small, fragile, and specialist components. A background in plastic injection moulding, with a focus on quality and attention to detail, is essential.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn a trade from the ground up and work across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection moulding machinery
• Handle heat plates, plastic resins, and chemicals
• Weigh and measure chemicals accurately
• Monitor and ensure quality of products, packaging, and packing
• Meet production targets and deadlines

The role is based on Monday to Friday day shifts, with an early finish on Fridays.
