This role will see you take responsibility for operating and maintaining a range of injection moulding machines and automated assembly equipment. Working closely with the wider manufacturing and quality teams, you'll help implement lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing both product quality and production flow.

The successful candidate will also play an important role in mentoring and developing junior staff, supporting apprentices and trainees through their development programmes.
