Injection Moulding Technician

Due to continued growth, a global manufacturer of products used in scientific research applications is seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Process Technician to join their team. This role will play a key part with production, ensuring the machines are running efficiently with the most suitable process to allow quality approved products to be made.

£35,000-£42,000 DOE, Mon-Fri working, Healthcare, Life Assurance

As an Injection Moulding Technician, your duties will include:

1. Set up and optimise moulding machines to ensure top-quality production.
2. Perform precise tool changes with overhead gantries and hoists.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve process challenges.
4. Approve production quality with First Off checks.
5. Keep production documentation up to date and accurate.

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Technician, the ideal candidate will:

1. Have extensive experience in injection moulding processes.
2. Possess strong troubleshooting skills to address moulding and process issues effectively.
3. Have a solid understanding of moulding machinery and materials.
