Pertemps Bond is recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of a well-established company based in Burton-on-Trent. You will operate and set up injection moulding machinery, load materials, perform finishing tasks and pack products to order.

The role is day shift, 7:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Thursday, with a salary of £34,600 per annum. Benefits include 31 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays), birthday leave, free on-site parking and Cycle to Work Scheme.

• Experience in injection moulding or manufacturing.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up injection moulding machinery.
• Load raw materials into machines.
• Carry out finishing work and remove excess material.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure standards.
• Package products according to order requirements.
• Minimise waste and contribute to cost efficiency.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets.
