CDI - Russell Taylor is seeking an Injection Mould Production Operative to join our team in WA3. The role involves operating injection moulding equipment, handling materials, and ensuring high-quality production of medical components. Overtime opportunities are available and a strong willingness to learn is valued.

We are looking for motivated individuals with production experience and the ability to work well within a team, following SOPs and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven production experience preferred.
• Experience with materials handling in a manufacturing setting.
• Good eye for detail and quality control responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn and progress, with overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection moulding and fabrication equipment as part of the production team.
• Assist with the production of medical components, ensuring accurate attention to detail and quality control.
• Perform assembly tasks, ensuring components fit together correctly and meet specifications, carefully following SOPs.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently within the production environment.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
