Injection Moulder/Tool Maker

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful injection mould technician/Tool maker to work for an engineering manufacturer based in Rotherham. Due to a steady increase in orders and design, they are now looking to recruit and bolster their engineering teams where duties will include:

Role Responsibilities:

1. Perform tool changes efficiently and safely.
2. Sometimes operate machines, conduct quality checks, and pack goods as needed.
3. Ensure machines run at optimal cycle times to maintain quality production.
4. Work effectively within a small team environment.
5. Carry out tool and material trials.
6. Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
7. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Requirements:

1. Experience is essential - the candidate must be able to hit the ground running.
2. Strong leadership skills - as some of the leadership team are nearing retirement, they are looking for someone who can eventually step into a factory management role.
3. Someone eager to progress and grow within the company.

Rotating between 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM and 9:15 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £35,000 per annum.
