Job Description: Injection Molding Maintenance Mechanic

This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining production equipment and machinery, as well as performing tooling changeovers and setups.

Essential Duties Include:

1. Tooling changeovers and set-ups: Perform these tasks in a timely manner.
2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment: Optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure quality and safety.
3. Repair, replace, and adjust: Electrical or mechanical parts in machines and equipment.
4. Preventative maintenance: Conduct on injection molding machines and related equipment.
5. Respond to maintenance issues: Address concerns from operators, packers, and plant supervision.
6. Communication: Report issues encountered to management and maintenance staff.
