Practice Plus Group is seeking an Initial Assessment Practitioner in Southampton. Ideal candidates are nurses or paramedics motivated to enhance their skills in minor illnesses and injuries while providing high-quality patient care within a supportive team environment. Flexibility regarding shifts is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting preferred.
• Paramedic or nursing background required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective patient care in a Primary Care setting.
• Develop skills in minor illness and injury assessment.
• Work various shifts as part of a 7-day service.

As we are a 7 day service we are looking for Practitioners who can work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends and our shifts range from 7.5 hours – 12.5 hours and as we understand the need for flexible working are also open to discussing hours that suit you.
