A recruitment solutions provider in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to sourcing candidates. This is a hybrid role with full-time hours and free parking on-site.

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from role briefing to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through direct channels, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
  • Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the process.
